In 2020 we helped dealers record almost 10 million videos for their customers. We are the world’s leading provider of video to the automotive industry, one of the fastest growing tech companies in Europe and have been listed in the Sunday Times Hiscox Tech Track 100 for 3 consecutive years.

As of March 2021, there are over 11,000 live installations of CitNOW in Dealerships worldwide. Our first customer was automotive giant BMW and today, our video services answer business challenges for over 43 car manufacturers across Europe.

To date over 49 million CitNOW videos have been produced and we are operational in 69 countries, in 27 languages and we have over 111,000 registered users.

From my first day three years ago to now, the opportunities available for both personal and professional development have been outstanding. I’ve been given the opportunity to progress from Product Expert to Account Manager and now look after four large UK accounts.

In addition to my role as Account Manager, I’ve also had the opportunity to work in the company’s global business development; having made several trips into the U.S and Jamaica to help extend CitNOW’s presence in these markets.

Working with a fantastic group of people has been a definite highlight of my time at CitNOW, and is what fundamentally makes it a brilliant company to work for. I’m lucky enough to say I love my job, and am excited for what’s to come and where CitNOW will take me.

From delivering training overseas to Retail Staff, to working with our International Teams as well as being able to develop new Academy Products and solutions for Customers - my role consists of wearing many hats. Sometimes that means long hours and going the extra mile but here the energy is high and you are part of something which delivers the wow factor!

I joined CitNOW when the company was still in its infancy, back in 2013. In seven years we have grown very quickly, and we continue to succeed because we are a nimble organisation that can rise to any challenge we may face. This has given me a lot of satisfaction and determination to help grow CitNOW to where it is right now.
The company offers many growth and development opportunities, which I have benefited from personally. I started out as a technical support engineer, and now manage a team in my position as Head of Technical Operations & IT. I have also gained qualifications through courses that CitNOW enrolled me in. We put staff wellbeing at the forefront, and offer an excellent benefits package.
The last seven years have been an enriching experience, and I can't wait to see what future opportunities arise, for both myself and the wider company.
