Hans Hänggi

General Director & Head of Sales - DACH

I joined CitNOW beginning of 2016 as the General Director responsible for four markets (D/A/CH/PL). However, we expanded our business in Europe much faster than anticipated and I soon found myself handling all the Nordic markets as well. It was, and still is, a great journey, being part of a young company that develops quickly. I enjoy the personal journey CitNOW takes me on and also leading the DACH team efforts to support the growth of CitNOW in the future.

Sarah Sylvester

Head of Customer Services

In 2014 my career at CitNOW began in administrative support and I quickly moved on to manage the Client Operations Team. I then moved into a UK Sales Manager role and was responsible for the onboarding of our newly created Product Expert team. Most recently I have been promoted to Head of Customer Service, a newly created role that highlights CitNOW's commitment to our customers. The role I am in now allows me to channel my natural passion, drive, enthusiasm and focus on customer excellence. I love the vibrancy of CitNOW and the opportunity it has offered me in terms of progression, managerial responsibilities, project management and global culture exposure. The sky is the limit and I am looking forward to being part of a bright CitNOW future.

Marie-Hélène Rovira

My tasks at CitNOW are so varied that no one day is ever the same. The range is wide, from the commercial field to customer relations; my skills are multiplying at the speed of the digital era! The quality of the relationship with the English teams and the cordiality that settles with our customers both in the human work and in the work that makes you want to spend as much in the development of our products as our customers.

From my first day three years ago to now, the opportunities available for both personal and professional development have been outstanding. I’ve been given the opportunity to progress from Product Expert to Account Manager and now look after four large UK accounts. In addition to my role as Account Manager, I’ve also had the opportunity to work in the company’s global business development; having made several trips into the U.S and Jamaica to help extend CitNOW’s presence in these markets. Working with a fantastic group of people has been a definite highlight of my time at CitNOW, and is what fundamentally makes it a brilliant company to work for. I’m lucky enough to say I love my job, and am excited for what’s to come and where CitNOW will take me.

Great Products, Great People, Great Results - that's what we deliver at CitNOW....oh and Great Videos! Few companies boast the unique quality of all these items and no two days are the same. From delivering training overseas to Retail Staff, to working with our International Teams as well as being able to develop new Academy Products and solutions for Customers - my role consists of wearing many hats. Sometimes that means long hours and going the extra mile but here the energy is high and you are part of something which delivers the wow factor!
