Field Marketing Manager DACH

The Role

As part of a professional and friendly marketing team, you will have a broad variety of tasks and responsibilities to help us achieve our ambitious growth plan in the DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) region. This role is key to the success of our marketing plan and will support the delivery of multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns to the automotive industry.

As Field Marketing Manager you will work closely on our CitNOW and dealerdesk products in the DACH region. You will plan, develop and manage field-based regional campaigns, events and programmes to build awareness, drive and nurture leads and engage existing customers to maximise retention. This position will work closely with the Sales, Customer Success and Product teams to plan and execute campaigns and produce relevant sales assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to drive growth and customer retention and maximise ROI
  • Manage and measure marketing campaigns that adopt both online and offline tactics to create quality MQLs
  • Co-ordinate and run an events and webinar plan to engage prospects and create a pipeline of MQLs
  • Execute centralised marketing activity whilst localising for the DACH market including translation co-ordinatio
  • Drive the digital direction through website optimisation, maintain website content, social posting, implementation of a keyword strategy and PPC
  • Increase brand awareness and create good quality inbound thought leadership content
  • Co-ordinate the creation of customer case studies and testimonials
  • Manage and support OEM events and initiatives
  • Monitor, report and refine all marketing activity and campaigns against target
  • Efficient management of marketing costs and measure cost per lead
  • Analyse market trends and data and monitor competitor activity to derive actionable insights and adjust marketing activity accordingly
  • Ensure data is managed in accordance with the Data Protection Act and PECR (Privacy and Electronic Communication Regulations)
  • Responsible for all sales assets for the brand(s) you are responsible for; localising and translating when necessary
Knowledge & Skills:
  • B2B SaaS experience is desirable
  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role
  • German and English language is essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Data-driven, results orientated
  • Creative, flexible, self-starter
  • Strategic thinker with a collaborative approach
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience with PPC, Keywords, Google Analytics, Hubspot, Salesforce and WordPress
  • Automotive industry experience would be beneficial but not essential
