Global Programme Manager, Ford & Porsche (12-month maternity cover)

The Role

To ensure that we continue to deliver the highest levels of service, growth and customer retention, we are looking for a Global Programme Manager to join the team, focusing on the Ford and Porsche global programmes.

Reporting to the Head of Global Programmes, the Global Programme Manager will be responsible for building strong and lasting relationships with the key client stakeholders whilst maximising retention and ensuring that growth opportunities are identified, documented, progressed and converted.

The Global Programme Manager is responsible for working with the client and company Directors to manage the Ford and Porsche projects. You will provide a fundamental link between client stakeholders, our internal delivery teams, in the UK and international markets, and developing positive working relationships to ensure close and continuing collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the relevant key OEM stakeholders to develop and implement a multi-market introduction and communication plan
  • Collaborate with the central Marketing team to create and collect the assets required to support that communication plan – case studies, testimonials, user surveys, communication/sign up portals
  • Work with the key OEM stakeholders to develop and implement a multi-market roll-out plan ensuring that all markets in scope are prioritised to accelerate implementation
  • Liaise with Head of Sales at market level to ensure that local market introductions are picked up in a timely manner and proactively progressed
  • Manage progress and status communication back to the OEM to ensure that all key stakeholders remain engaged
  • Ensure that OEM programme reporting is set up and implemented and the needs and expectations of all key stakeholders are considered
  • Collaborate with the Group Onboarding team to ensure we have a robust plan in place for the first 30 days and beyond monitoring uptake, usage to ensure we capitalise on this relationship
  • Collaborate with the Group Customer Success team to ensure acceptable usage of CitNOW Group products
  • Build strong relationships with the key OEM stakeholders centrally and in the agreed markets
  • Ensure that communication and implementation prioritisation plans are developed and agreed in conjunction with the relevant OEM central and market stakeholders and with CitNOW Group central and market teams
  • Visit markets in scope to build and leverage relationships with local OEM and CitNOW Group teams
  • Work with the Group Product and Technical teams to gain a granular understanding of the relevant OEM’s systems and any associated CitNOW integration
  • Network with OEM stakeholders centrally and at market level to identify and communicate additional CitNOW Group opportunities like Sales App, System Integrations, CitNOW Conversations, Auto Imaging, etc
Knowledge & Skills:
  • Previous experience of working in the Automotive industry, preferably aftersales
  • A customer focused approach with excellent communication skills
  • Project planning experience, from inception and mobilisation, through to delivery and close
  • German language skills for business are desirable, but not essential
  • Strong understanding and experience of using Salesforce
  • Technical proficiency with Outlook, MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Skilled in organising tasks and establishing priorities to meet deadlines
  • Strong work ethic, a self-starter with a proactive approach
  • Able to work well as part of a fast-paced team and works to own initiative
