at 2020 AM Awards
- Judging panel highlights how CitNOW is “at the vanguard” of automotive video
- New recruits sought to join growing team in England and Scotland offices
- AM Awards recognises exemplary performance and innovation in the motor retail sector
CitNOW has won the ‘Supplier of the Year’ accolade at the 2020 AM Awards, which recognises the best-performing businesses in the UK motor retail sector. The specialist automotive customer communications platform was recognised for helping car dealers build trust, transparency and credibility by successfully bridging the gap between the consumer’s online to offline experience. CitNOW’s cutting-edge personalised video and high-quality imagery solution fought off nine other shortlisted companies to claim the award.
Commenting on the win, the AM Awards judges stated: “The UK leads the way in the use of sales and aftersales video, with the biggest groups acknowledging the part it plays in building trust and boosting sales. CitNOW is at the vanguard of this.”
Carol Fairchild, Chief Customer Officer at CitNOW, added:
“This is a proud moment for the whole CitNOW team, and is a reflection of the efforts they make every day to ensure we stay ahead of the competition and delight automotive clients big and small, throughout the UK. This is a great business to work for, and we hope this latest accolade will help us attract talented new individuals to join our friendly, growing team.”
CitNOW is now looking to recruit additional talented individuals to join its award-winning team, filling roles in product development, HR, marketing and account management. Employees benefit from a competitive salary, 25 days annual leave, training and development opportunities, a cycle-to-work scheme, gym discounts, volunteer days and private health insurance.
CitNOW also runs an annual Wellness Week for all employees, which last year saw all CitNOW managers trained in mental health awareness, to provide the ability to support colleagues who are experiencing challenges with their mental wellbeing. Employees are also offered the opportunity to be part of the CitNOW Shadow Share Scheme. See what the existing team think about working here.
An innovator and leader in its field, CitNOW supplies 92 of the UK’s 100 largest car dealer groups and almost 4,000 retailers, as well as 43 vehicle manufacturers. The company’s products solve many problems within the automotive dealer world, such as facilitating the rapid sale of used cars online, and showing customers service work being carried out while a vehicle is still on the ramp. Last year, CitNOW created 11.9 million videos across 55 countries, and added 10 new features across it’s products to increase efficiency and improve customer experience
