Halliwell Jones North Wales

A personal video message from Bradleigh Owen of Halliwell Jones North Wales provides the prospective car buyer with the insights they need to encourage them to book a test drive.

Incorporating essential details such as mileage whilst the camera pans in on a close-up of gleaming alloys makes the video emotive as well as informative. Bradleigh gives an excellent presentation providing reassurance of condition and making positive comparisons against the customer’s current car. Trust and transparency is inadvertently conveyed with the price in the windscreen on display so the customer can easily compare that to the online price.

Spaciousness is conveyed by opening the boot and a look at the back seat shows that it’s roomy. As Bradleigh points out, the upholstery is almost as good as new – to the point it seams the rear has not been extensively used. Bradleigh makes use of the ‘Multipart’ function, which allows a video to be automatically edited and switches seamlessly from showing the rear of the car to taking up the driver’s position.

The presentation is slick, professional, and Bradleigh comes across as assured and informed. His final shot of the car reminds the car buyer what attracted them to the car in the first place. He also confirms his next interaction with the customer regarding the part-exchange price of her current vehicle.

The CitNOW Academy had recently delivered on-site training covering a host of areas including appointment confirmations, full presentation videos, equipment overviews and the importance of video in today’s market. It seems the training really has paid off with Bradleigh’s excellent example of personal video messaging.
