At a time when face-to-face car handovers are challenging, video handovers are “the next best thing”. Those were the words of Joe James at Howards Kia in Weston-super-Mare in Somerset, our Sales Star of the Month.

In the video, Joe runs through the key features in turn and confirms that everything in the new model is as it should be. By recognising the customer has previously had experience of a similar model, he adds a touch of personalisation that recognises the needs and motivations of the specific customer, helping breed better customer loyalty and customer experience.

This video also gives the customer the added advantage of being a reference tool that can be returned to as many times as they wish. This relieves them of any need to work things out via the manual, or of forgetting any important points that Joe may have covered in a person-to-person handover.
