A customer of Sycamore MINI in Peterborough bought a new car following an excellent and informative walkaround video recorded by Jack Howard – who we were pleased to announce as our Sales Star of the Month winner for March.
Jack’s video is full of flourishes that display his dedication to going the extra mile. Firstly, he made the effort to get a video to the customer quickly enough that he can run through the car, before nightfall makes it too dark to see it properly. But perhaps even more impressively, he takes the car for a virtual test drive to show off its interior functionality working in practice.
His enthusiasm and professionalism, along with maximising the potential of video to convert interest from a remote customer into a sale, makes him a worthy winner. Well done, Jack!
