As 2023 gets underway, we’ve had time over the festive break to reflect on the past year. On the CitNOW platform, we’ve seen more videos made through our applications than ever before with over 12m videos produced and a watch rate of 70% which proves how effective video can be. We were also delighted to have won AM Supplier of the Year for the third year in a row, an achievement we’re all really proud of and we appreciate you voting for us.
CitNOW Group embodies several companies, including CitNOW, and grew in size substantially in 2022 thanks to five new companies that joined over the course of the year: Auto Imaging, AutoSLM, dealerdesk, REALtime Communications (RTC) and Web1on1. This has enabled us to create a Group that offers products that digitise every stage of the customer journey – from initial research through to the aftersales experience. As a result, you can create memorable customer experiences at whichever stage of the car buying or owning journey they are in.
