This month, we’re focusing on how we can help you get even more from your CitNOW experience. We have lots of free webinars ready for you to explore, that showcase our new-look next generation apps, as well as how to best use all the features available to you.
During 2021 the CitNOW Academy delivered 1,586 training sessions which consisted of onboarding our new customers, refreshing the skills and knowledge of our existing customers and bespoke sessions built around a specific training requirement. We offer a blended experience of online and onsite training, all very much dependent on the learning needs of the group.
It is not all just about training and webinars. To help our customers get the most from their CitNOW experience we launched Video Stars in 2021. This playlist on YouTube provides examples of what a good CitNOW looks like – have a watch and see for yourself. And not forgetting our annual Digital Spotlight Awards, celebrating the best in automotive video and digital communications. We’ve been hard at work reviewing some top-quality entries and we’re excited about announcing the shortlists later this month.
