We’ve got lots of success to celebrate at CitNOW this month – not only for ourselves, but also for our customers too.
We’re delighted to announce the winners of the 2022 Digital Spotlight Awards, as we highlight the very best in professionalism, creativity and inspiration that we’ve seen over the course of last year. For 2023, we’ll be picking the winners from all those who receive our Star of the Month awards across both Sales and Workshop, so keep those monthly entries coming.
We’re also thrilled to report, as announced just yesterday, CitNOW has been shortlisted in the ‘Supplier of the Year‘ category at this year’s AM Awards. We’re looking forward to seeing who all the winners are on the 11th May and would like to wish the best of luck to all the finalists, we will see you there!
Meanwhile, the results of our Net Promoter Score survey are in, receiving a highly categorised rating of 64. We’re absolutely delighted that so many of you are getting so much from the platform that one of you described as the “best sales tool since sliced bread”! It’s also a great opportunity for us to gather vital feedback on how we can improve our customer success – so a huge thank you to all those who participated!
