CitNOW collaborates with Salesforce to offer seamless customer communications

CitNOW, the leading digital communications specialist in automotive retailing, has become one of the first official Independent Software Vendors (ISV) available on the Salesforce AppExchange. The partnership makes CitNOW Sales video functionality and reporting accessible from within the new Salesforce Automotive Cloud app, with CitNOW Workshop to follow soon.

CitNOW, the leading digital communications specialist in automotive retailing, has become one of the first official Independent Software Vendors (ISV) available on the Salesforce AppExchange. The partnership makes CitNOW Sales video functionality and reporting accessible from within the new Salesforce Automotive Cloud app, with CitNOW Workshop to follow soon.

All information about customer engagements, from initial enquiries to video watch notifications and historical activity, is shared across both services, enabling a more seamless customer journey and more efficient lead management processes. Once a lead is received, sales staff receive an automatic prompt to send a CitNOW video, which will send the contact information into the dealership’s CitNOW Sales app to start the video creation process.

Retail staff can easily monitor the performance of any CitNOW video through either Sales Cloud, or Automotive Cloud , including open rates, views and customer ratings. This information is recorded in the Salesforce CRM, enabling managers to monitor customer enquiries and assess how effectively personalised video is being used within their sales operations. Using this wealth of information, new task list processes can also be created in the sales funnel to help further personalise the customer experience and increase sales conversions.
