Jamie comes across as a voice of authority throughout the video, as he explains the various measurements around the car and the issues that he’s uncovered on the brake pads. He also gives the customer further information by explaining all relevant advisories, and letting the customer know when certain items are likely to need replacing, so the customer can plan ahead for the future. There’s also a great inspection of suspension components and a clear explanation of the traffic light system.

He finishes off the video with a summary of all of the key facts that the inspection has uncovered, and reminds the customer that the car will get a free wash as part of the service. Great job, Jamie!
