Group 1 Watford BMW – Hasnain Nazir

One of the great things about workshop videos is that it gives the technician a chance to demonstrate their diligence and professionalism, and inspire peace of mind in the customer that their vehicle is in good hands. We’ve seen this in perfect practice from our Workshop Star of the Month for September, Hasnain Nazir of Group 1 Watford BMW.

As well as holding the brake and tyre gauges close to the camera to clearly show the readings, he does so with gloves on, which demonstrates his commitment to clean, tidy and safe work. All the way through the video, the visual shots are excellent, the video moves along at a good pace and it’s clear that he’s put plenty of thought and preparation into the recording.

The car in question does need some repair work, and Hasnain takes the time to show the affected area close-up, and explain why he feels the repair is needed. His professional close rounds off a video that should make the customer feel confident to commit to the suggested work. Well done, Hasnain!
