Throughout the video, Jamie clears up a lot of the technical jargon, so that the customer can fully understand what’s going on, and provides a reminder of upcoming work such as tyre replacements that the customer should prepare for. The tyre readings are clear, as is the audio thanks to the use of our Clarity feature, and he uses the brake pad gauges well to highlight potential safety issues. Jamie’s camerawork is also excellent, pointing out leaking shock absorbers and damaged underside panels.
