Rybrook Worcester BMW – Chris Harvey

Some customers want a clear, concise and quick guide to the condition of their cars, with a workshop video that covers all the bases without any unnecessary detail. That’s exactly what we’ve seen from our Workshop Star of the Month for November, Chris Harvey of Rybrook Worcester BMW.

The video is just over two minutes in length, which is shorter than many of the workshop videos we’ve seen, but all the key boxes are ticked. Chris is professional with the gauges at his disposal, and puts the measurements of things like tyre tread into the context of the legal limits. His visuals are very clear, along with use of different visual aids, and he also delivers a good explanation of rectifications made to the tyre pressure.

At the end of the video, he thanks the customer for choosing their workshop and reminds the customer to look out for further contact from the service advisor. All in all, it’s two fast-paced, information-packed minutes that gives the customer all the detail they’re looking for.
