You might feel that you know cars inside out – but it’s vital not to forget that many of your customers don’t. That’s why putting technical information in language that everyone can understand is so important, particularly in workshop videos.

A great example of the difference this can make can be seen from our Workshop Star of the Month for May, Joe Edwards of Perrys Ford Dover. It’s a clear and concise vehicle health check that’s easy to follow: the measurements are clear and refer to the legal minimums in areas like tyre tread depth, and there’s good camerawork in use as the suspension and underside of the car are inspected.
