BMW Park Lane Motorrad – Klynton Hastain

Although the majority of videos created in CitNOW are by car showrooms and workshops, personalised video can be just as useful for motorbike dealerships, too. And we’re delighted to have seen a great example from our Workshop Star of the Month for July, Klynton Hastain of BMW Park Lane Motorrad.  

Unfortunately, for reasons of customer confidentiality, we aren’t able to share the recording with you. However, we have witnessed firsthand the success of Klynton’s video, which was thorough, in-depth, and demonstrated his excellent knowledge of BMW’s two-wheeled product range. Including all the essential components to a great workshop video, Klynton introduced himself well at the start, highlighted the concerns that the customer had, and clearly went through what the workshop is doing to resolve the problem.
