Lexus Sidcup – Samuel Layzell

Workshop staff possess years of expertise and experience, so video represents a great way to impart that wisdom to customers who may need help with specific issues. We’ve picked Samuel Layzell of Lexus Sidcup as our Workshop Star of the Month for February, because of an excellent walkthrough video he’s put together.

The customer had bought a new tow bar for their vehicle, but didn’t know how to fit it themselves; furthermore, the customer wasn’t able to make it into the dealership for a demonstration. Instead, Samuel used CitNOW Workshop to create a short demo video on how to fit the tow bar, which is clear, easy to follow and gives the customer all the information they need.

Samuel’s demeanour is friendly throughout the video, and he uses language that everyone can understand, so that the video is as accessible and useful as possible. Great job Samuel, for going the extra mile!
