Gates Ford Bishops Stortford – Dan Coules

At CitNOW, we love to see workshop videos where verbal explanations and visuals combine to paint a comprehensive picture of a vehicle’s condition. A great example of this can be found in our winning Workshop Star of the Month for September, created by Dan Coules at Gates Ford of Bishop’s Stortford in Hertfordshire.

After a short intro, Dan gets straight to work, going through the tyre depth and brake pad measurements, with a combination of visual displays of the readings and explanations of the safe or legal limits for each component. He goes on to investigate the suspension and also points out an oil leak that requires attention, ensuring the customer can see the relevant area as he runs through the underside of the vehicle.

The video is short and concise, but covers everything the customer will need to know, including the areas where repair work is required. Well done, Dan, for delivering all the information a customer needs in a format that’s easy for them to understand.
