Excellent workshop videos contain clear information and explanations, delivered concisely so as not to waste any of the customer’s or technicians valuable time. This has been executed perfectly by our Workshop Star of the Month winner for April, Graham Noble of Beadles Toyota Medway in Kent.

As well as showing the readings on the tyre tread measure, he also gives a good explanation of the wear around the brake pads and discs on the customer’s car. On top of this, he also recommends the best way to approach any remedial work in such a way that the customer understands why it would be beneficial.

Through a combination of simple language and methodical clarity, Graham builds an element of trust with the customer where the health of the car is more important than the financial value of the repairs. Closing off with a call to action of discussing any repairs over the phone, he perfectly rounds off everything the customer needs from the video. Well done, Graham!
