Group 1 Southend BMW – Claire Anderson

Video can help customers who live a long way from a dealership get a proper look around vehicles they’re interested in. And for our Sales Star of the Month for September, Claire Anderson of Group 1 Southend BMW, an excellent video generated a successful sale.

In this case, the customer had to cancel a planned trip to view the car on-site, and so Claire made this video and sent it at the time of the original appointment instead. Within it, she’s provided an enthusiastic and comprehensive review of the car, highlighting key interior and exterior features such as sun protection class, head-up display, heated steering wheel, touchscreen ICE system and more.

The video is also top-quality from a technical standpoint: Claire has clearly prepared well and ensured the video is the right length, at the right pace and with steady camerawork throughout. She’s also used the Multipart tool very well to stitch different shots together and transition across different areas.

The customer in question used to work in the motor trade themselves, and complimented Claire on her professionalism, accuracy and product knowledge – so it isn’t just us that thinks she’s done a fantastic job!
