Arnold Clark Huddersfield – Kieran and Labecca

One thing we’re always on the lookout for at CitNOW is sales videos that go the extra mile in helping an individual customer connect with a video. And our joint Sales Stars of the Month for November, Kieran and Labecca at Arnold Clark Huddersfield, have skillfully demonstrated the power of video in customer experience.

Kieran and Labecca were aware that the customer in question, who had just completed their purchase of the car, has a hearing impairment. So to make sure the customer could get the same video experience as any other viewer, Kieran and Labecca displayed everything they wanted to say on a succession of printouts.

No detail has been spared: the video is nearly seven minutes, ensuring that every control and feature is clearly demonstrated. They’ve even gone as far as drawing out annotated diagrams by hand that explain how to operate functions like the windscreen wipers.

It’s clear that the video was a complete success: the customer viewed it 17 times and gave it a five-star rating. Congratulations Kieran and Labecca, for delivering a personalised experience and gaining a fully satisfied customer!
