If a customer is unsure about certain car buying decisions, such as interior or exterior specs, then a video outlining the options can give them the vital advice they need. We’ve seen a great example of this from our Sales Star of the Month for February, Naim Patel of Chorley Citroen Blackburn.

In this case, the customer had made previous contact with Naim and was undecided between two different spec packages. Naim used the video to make a side-by-side comparison of both packages, so that the customer could gain a full understanding of the differences.
