Our Sales Star of the Month for May starts off by introducing himself as a ‘product genius’. The video backs up his product genius title, as George Williams of Cotswold Cheltenham BMW in Gloucestershire demonstrates his know-how of the vehicle he is presenting.

George gives the enquiring customer all the information they could possibly want about their prospective purchase. As well as the key facts about its specification, he also goes the extra mile to explain some of the specific features of the car, even demonstrating some of them such as the folding seats and the air conditioning control.

The presentation is more than just information: he uses video excellently to show customers certain features that would be difficult to explain either verbally or through photography. And by referencing the name of the customer and the source of the enquiry, the video gets a touch of personalisation, too.
