Mercedes-Benz of Sheffield – Michael Lunn
Making sure customers get a good representation of one vehicle can be challenging enough, but doing so for two in the same video takes real skill. Michael Lunn of Mercedes-Benz Sheffield managed to pull it off in style, and has won our Sales Star of the Month Award for January.
Michael does an excellent job of evaluating each vehicle in turn, clearly describing the key external and internal features, and focusing in on them as needed. In particular, he pays close attention to the in-car technology and runs through some of the functions to demonstrate user-friendliness.
To finish, Michael gives the customer a strong call to action – with an appointment time for the customer to call him in order to ask any questions or make any further queries. As a whole, the video embodies everything that a good personalised video should do: it’s professional, methodical, informs the customer with clarity and builds towards the required next step at the end.
