Our Sales Star of the Month winner for August, Alex Lam of Sytner Solihull MINI in the West Midlands, pulls it off superbly.

He kicks off full of enthusiasm in introducing both himself and the car the customer is interested in, and carries this enthusiasm through to the features and details of the car, both inside and out. He delivers the information clearly and with good explanation, and this also applies to his explanation of his dealership’s approved used process.
