Overall Winner & Best Sales CitNOW Video

Our Overall Winner was awarded to Arnold Clark Milton Keynes Delivery Centre which also topped our Best Sales category.

We whittled down the entries from 335 to a shortlist of eight.  Alicia’s extensive efforts to make the video, which provided a pre-delivery introduction to a customer’s new car, personal and relevant captured the judges’ attention for both the category and was the clear winner when compared to our other category winners.

The highly personalised video was aimed at the customer’s daughter and contained a lot of relevant detail that there was no doubt it would have had a memorable impact on the customer. The fact that so much effort was made for a customer awaiting delivery reflects the importance Alicia gives to maintaining customer loyalty. Whilst the video was hugely personal, complete with a picnic basket for the customers daughter’s teddy bear picnic, it was also informative and useful.

Our panel of judges felt the quality of Alicia’s video was at a much higher level than they had seen before with bags of personality and an ability to emotionally engage with the customer. Care and excellent service that will certainly help to sell the next car when that customer looks to buy again.

• Even if you’re not going for a ‘sell’, the extra effort will surely keep your customer coming back
