What is it?
Communications Builder is a self-serve tool that enables retailers to customise their own email and SMS templates within the Dashboard and extend the personalised experience beyond the video.
With Comms Builder, retailers will continue to use their existing email and SMS templates. In order to start editing, access the Email & SMS settings tab in the CitNOW Dashboard. This will present default templates that can be customised as required, using your choice of words and merge fields.

Who has access?
All managers at approved retailers will be given permission to use the Edit Email and SMS templates feature. Mangers with access to Comms Builder can grant permission to other users through the Manage Users tab in the Dashboard.
