Sales Operations Administrator

The Role

You will be responsible for ensuring that the sales order and work order process is faultless from start to finish whilst working with the rest of the Onboarding team to reduce time to go live and billing. You’ll need to have a fantastic eye for detail and a proven ability to follow direction, instruction, and process swiftly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working as the acting authority and expert in the order, work order and invoice generation process, you’ll provide best practice support for your CitNOW Group colleagues through our database Salesforce
  • Be responsible for administering the sales operations task queues
  • Be responsible for administering and monitoring the order, work order and invoice generation process
  • Collaborate with your sales operations colleagues to continue the development of best practice sales order and work order processes
  • Work closely with our Salesforce team to ensure that processes are followed and offer your recommendations for improvements

Knowledge & Skills

  • You will be an experienced Administrator used to a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience using Salesforce is desirable but not essential
  • French written and spoken skills preferred
  • Skilled in organising tasks and establishing priorities to meet deadlines
  • Strong work ethic, a self-starter with a proactive approach
  • Technical proficiency with Outlook, MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Communication skills: writes clearly and concisely, speaks effectively and listens attentively
  • Interpersonal skills: enthusiastic with a can-do attitude, works well with others, supportive, motivates and cooperates with others
  • Organisational skills: punctual and attentive, high levels of attention to detail
  • Problem Analysis skills: ability to understand the main problem, identify the potential causes and propose solutions
  • Teamwork skills: ability to participate and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the information systems throughout the organisation
