OEM Programme Manager

The Role

To ensure that we continue to deliver the highest levels of service, growth and customer retention, we are looking for an OEM Programme Manager to join the team. Reporting to the Executive Director – Global Programmes, the OEM Programme Manager will be responsible for building strong and lasting relationships with the relevant client stakeholders, ensuring that growth opportunities are identified, documented, progressed and converted and that client services processes are adhered to at market level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the relevant key OEM stakeholders to develop and implement a multi-market introduction and communication plan
  • Collaborate with the central Marketing team to create and collect the assets required to support that communication plan – case studies, testimonials, user surveys, communication/sign up portals
  • Work with the key OEM stakeholders to develop and implement a multi-market roll-out plan ensuring that all markets in scope are prioritised to accelerate implementation
  • Liaise with CitNOW Head of Sales at market level to ensure that local market introductions are picked up in a timely manner and proactively progressed
  • Manage progress and status communication back to the OEM to ensure that all key stakeholders remain engaged
  • Ensure that OEM programme reporting is set up and implemented and the needs and expectations of all key stakeholders are considered
  • Collaborate with the CitNOW onboarding team to ensure we have a robust plan in place for the first 30 days and beyond monitoring uptake, usage to ensure we capitalise on this relationship
  • Build strong relationships with the key OEM stakeholders centrally and in the agreed markets
  • Ensure that communication and implementation prioritisation plans are developed and agreed in conjunction with the relevant OEM central and market stakeholders and with CitNOW central and market teams
  • Visit markets in scope to build and leverage relationships with local OEM and CitNOW teams
  • Work with the CitNOW Product and Technical teams to gain a granular understanding of the relevant OEM’s systems and any associated CitNOW integration
  • Network with OEM stakeholders centrally and at market level to identify and communicate additional CitNOW opportunities like Sales App, System Integrations
You must have:
  • Previous experience working in the Automotive industry
  • A customer focussed approach with excellent communication skills
  • Strong understanding and experience of using Salesforce
  • Technical proficiency with Outlook, MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Skilled in organising tasks and establishing priorities to meet deadlines
  • Strong work ethic, a self-starter with a proactive approach
  • Able to work well as part of a fast-paced team and works to own initiative
  • Communication skills writes clearly and concisely, speaks effectively and listens attentively
  • Interpersonal skills enthusiastic with a can-do attitude, works well with others, supportive, motivates and cooperates with others
  • Organisational skills punctual and attentive, high levels of attention to detail
  • Problem analysis skills ability to understand the main problem, identify the potential causes and propose solutions
  • Teamwork skills ability to participate and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the information systems throughout the organisation
