OEM Programme Consultant

The Role

The OEM Programme Consultant role will be pivotal to the successful conversion and retention of the Groupe Renault opportunity.

Global Programmes is a growing area of the CitNOW business and focuses on the largest clients and global opportunities. A global programme, by definition, is a central or regional client relationship at a senior level. This is generally, but not always, an OEM, with multi-market approval and CitNOW installations. CitNOW Global Programmes include, BMW Group, Ford, Mercedes-Benz and Porsche. Recent senior stakeholder conversations and positive progress with Groupe Renault suggest that Renault will be added to the growing list of CitNOW Global Programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with Renault key stakeholders to ensure that CitNOW fits with and complements the Renault Digital Aftersales and Sales Journey
  • Work with Renault key stakeholders to agree a CitNOW central recommendation, market introductions and roll out plan
  • Work with the CitNOW central Marketing team to create and collect the assets required to support the Renault plan – Case Studies, testimonials, user surveys, communication/sign up portals etc
  • Work with key Renault to develop and implement a multi-market roll-out plan ensuring that all markets in scope are prioritised to accelerate implementation
  • Liaise with market GD’s to ensure that market level introductions are picked up in a timely manner and proactively progressed
  • Manage progress and status communication back to Renault to ensure that all key stakeholders remain engaged
  • Ensure that Renault reporting is set up and implemented and the needs and expectations of all key stakeholders are considered
  • Ensure we have a robust onboarding plan for the first 30 days and beyond monitoring uptake, usage to ensure we capitalise on this relationship
  • Build strong relationships with key Renault stakeholders centrally and in the agreed markets
  • Ensure that communication and implementation prioritisation plans are developed and agreed in conjunction with the relevant Renault central and market stakeholders and with CitNOW central and markets teams
  • Visit markets in scope, where required and possible to build and leverage relationships with local Renault and CitNOW teams
Knowledge and Skills:
  • A passion for technology
  • Previous automotive experience
  • Fluent in written and spoken French and English languages
  • A customer focussed approach with excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to set priorities, and responsive to customer requests
  • Positive, organised, proactive with excellent problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work well as part of a fast-paced team and works to their own initiative
