The Role

The Head of Sales will be responsible for the CitNOW sales growth in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Poland – The DACHP Region. The Go To market sales strategy is a mix of frame agreements with OEMs and/or NSC’s, direct contact with dealer groups or individual dealers. A key responsibility of this role is to continue our rapid sales growth by own performance as well as managing the performance of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales planning – identify market segments and potential new customers
  • Manage the sales pipeline using SalesForce
  • Manage the team, processes and the channels
  • Closing contracts individually and with the team
  • Optimize the business potential and fulfil the expectations for forecasts and budget planning

Knowledge & Skills

  • Experienced manager with documented performance in the automotive dealer sector in Germany
  • Strong network within the franchised dealer sector in Germany
  • A comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the franchised dealership business
  • Writes clearly and concisely, speaks effectively and listens attentively in both German and English
  • Enthusiastic with a can-do attitude, works well with others, supportive, motivates and cooperates with others
  • Punctual and attentive, high levels of attention to detail
  • Ability to understand the main problem, identify the potential causes and propose solutions.
  • Savvy in the world of digital/social media, trends and technology
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to execute results against a strategy and meet critical deadlines
  • Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Knowledge/experience with SaaS is an advantage
