The Role

The Northern European Sales Team at CitNOW are recruiting for a Head of Sales, Sweden & Norway to play a key part in the expansion of the CitNOW Group in the Nordic region. This is a home/field based position involving regular travel to customer sites.

Personalised video has revolutionised the automotive industry in the UK becoming a standard practice for Dealer groups and OEM’s alike, with Europe following suit with this evolution. As digital advancements continue to drive the sector forward and are now a vital function within all aspects of automotive, we are proud to be established as a trusted enhancement to the car buying and owning experience.

Reporting to the Director of Sales – Northern Europe, the Head of Sales will be responsible for the continuous CitNOW Group sales growth in Sweden and Norway. You will set the Go-To-Market strategy which will be a mixture of: selling to Dealer Groups and individual dealers directly, executing frame agreements brought through the OEM channel and selling through NSCs/private importers. Our existing customer base in Sweden and Norway include Mercedes-Benz, Ford and BMW to name a few.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting the sales strategy for growing CitNOW subscriptions within Sweden and Norway from the enlarged product portfolio
  • Managing the sales pipeline and embracing Salesforce to present successful execution of strategy
  • Managing the processes and channels and establishing excellent working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Closing contracts individually and supporting the wider CitNOW sales team
  • Optimising business potential and fulfilling expectations for forecasts and budget planning
You must have:
  • You must be an experienced sales manager with outstanding sales performance
  • Strong network of relationships within – and understanding of – the automotive sector in the two markets at both dealership and NSC/OEM and importer level in Sweden and Norway is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal Swedish and/or Norwegian and English
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of marketing and how it can be used to drive sales growth
  • Good knowledge and adoption of digital and social media
  • Excellent presentation, relationship management, and negotiation skills
