Global Programmes Executive

The Role

The Global Programmes Executive will report to the Head of Operations DACH/PL and will be responsible for supporting Global Programme activities and ensuring a consistent and efficient approach is adopted at all times. This will include client relationship management, data analysis and reporting, and administration duties in relation to CitNOW systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain exceptional customer relationships with existing clients
  • Be responsible for managing agreed Global Programmes data analysis and reporting activities
  • Collaborate with other CitNOW colleagues to continue the development of best practice, business growth and retention
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Excellent telephone skills/a confident communicator
  • Demonstrable Project / Programme Management skills, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Previous experience of working in the Automotive industry
  • Strong understanding and experience of using Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Fluent in both writing and speaking: English and German
  • Technical proficiency with Outlook, MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Skilled in organising tasks and establishing priorities to meet deadlines
  • Strong work ethic, a self-starter with a proactive approach
  • Communication: writes clearly and concisely, speaks effectively and listens attentively
  • Interpersonal Skills: flexible, enthusiastic with a can-do attitude, works well with others, supportive, motivates and cooperates with others
  • Organisational Skills: punctual and attentive, high levels of attention to detail
  • Problem Analysis: ability to understand the main problem, identify the potential causes and propose solutions
  • Teamwork: ability to participate and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the information systems throughout the organisation
