The Role
You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to contract signing and billing stages, whilst taking ownership of account management activities and supporting the Customer Success team with retention efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an active pipeline of leads and opportunities in Salesforce. Regularly review forecasts, pipeline and sales strategies with the Director of Sales, providing detailed information on progression of customers in Salesforce (creation and updates of leads, account, opportunities and quotes)
- Working to team and individual new business MRR targets
- Provide detailed and enthusiastic demonstrations of all CitNOW products to potential and existing customers, online and onsite
- Acquisition of new customers to expand our partnerships with automotive dealers, dealer groups and OEMs. The acquisition can be generated in different ways i.e. successfully managing potential customer enquiries, leveraging on personal contact, contacting cold leads
- Report accurately to the Director of Sales ICEE on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Conduct webinars for dealers to showcase CitNOW’s product suite
- Build and maintain exceptional customer relationships with existing clients, be responsible for managing existing accounts across a large defined territory and have full ownership of all account management in collaboration with Customer Success team for retention activities
- Collaborate with other sales colleagues to continue the development of best practice and new prospecting techniques
- Support (and deliver in case of need) Dealership training to maintain product and process improvements
- Support with Product and Marketing activities where appropriate
Knowledge & Skills:
- Previous experience of working in the Automotive industry is essential
- A strong network of relationships within – and understanding of – the Automotive sector in Italy at both dealership and OEM level
- Fluent English and Italian language skills are essential, Czech, Romanian or Hungarian nice to have
- Strong Automotive IT knowledge/experience
- Excellent telephone skills/a confident communicator
- Demonstrable Project/Program Management skills, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding and experience of using Salesforce, Klenty or a similar CRM is desirable
- Technical proficiency with Outlook, MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Skilled in organising tasks and establishing priorities to meet deadlines
- Strong work ethic, a self-starter with a proactive approach
