Business Development Executive

The Role

You will collaborate with the wider CitNOW Sales team to identify and approach prospects and continue the development of best practices and new prospecting techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executing the sales strategy for growing CitNOW subscriptions within Poland
  • Growing the sales pipeline and embracing Salesforce to assist in pipeline management for the team
  • Helping enforce processes and running channel relationships so as to establish excellent working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Closing contracts individually and supporting the wider CitNOW Sales team
  • Optimising business potential and fulfilling expectations for forecasts and budget-planning
  • Provide detailed and enthusiastic demonstrations of all CitNOW products to potential and existing customers, online and onsite
  • Collaborate with other sales colleagues to continue the development of best practice and new prospecting techniques
  • Representing the company at industry events and functions
  • Accurately report to the Head of Sales Poland on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
You must have:
  • Up to 2 years of sales experience (SaaS experience is desirable but not essential)
  • Excellent written Polish and English; fluency in other languages desirable – especially Eastern European languages
  • Understanding and experience of using and maintaining data within Salesforce
  • Understanding of marketing and how it can be used to drive sales growth
  • Good knowledge and adoption of digital and social media
  • Excellent presentation, relationship-management and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrable ability to pursue set and execute own sales pipeline and to meet critical deadlines
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic team player and self-starter with a “can do” attitude, who will live and breathe the company values
