We originally started working in the automotive sector with Honda. After creating their interactive TV ads and TV channel, we developed CitNOW; an opportunity for any dealership to engage more effectively with their digital customers, wherever they happened to be.
We now deal with a variety of manufacturers and groups with over 300 dealers now enabled with our CitNOW video service.
The latest release of our i-App software has been well received by our customers; our aim was to make it as easy as possible to use. It looks like we might have achieved that.
The biggest challenge facing any dealership in 2013 is adopting new tools and processes that allow them to be more successful in dealing with the ‘digital road to the sale’. Customer behaviour has changed and so must the legacy processes in place in most dealerships.
This is the core focus of our business.
